If your vehicle is being repaired with us currently then you should have received an online tracking document, which has your unique Tracking ID on it. Contact us if you have not got this.
To start the tracking process, please enter your vehicle registration in the box below and click on view status
- The on-line repair status is automatically updated several times a day.
- We will give you an expected completion date when you leave your vehicle for repair.
- Our Customer Service staff will contact you by phone just before repairs are completed, to agree a convenient delivery time.
- The on-line repair status can only be accessed by entering the vehicle’s registration number, and a unique Tracking ID, issued to the client when the vehicle is left for repair. Your privacy is protected.
