Aylesbury Panelcraft is licenced to use the BSI Kitemark for Vehicle Body Repair - PAS 125:2007. This means that our systems, training, skills and equipment have achieved the high standard that the British Standards Institute demands, and all are continuously audited by BSI to ensure that Aylesbury Panelcraft completes a safe repair using the best repair methods available. This is even more important now that manufacturers are using more aluminium and boron steels in car manufacture.

As part of the Kitemark requirements, a minimum 1 in 4 skilled staff has to be a qualified Senior ATA Technician in his/her field. Aylesbury Panelcraft has exceeded this requirement, and up to 3 in 4 of the technicians in each field of technical expertise has achieved Senior ATA Technician status. These numbers will be increased as a part of our continual training programme.

Aylesbury Panelcraft is also proud to be registered with BSI to the European Quality Management System Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Aylesbury Panelcraft originally gained accreditation back in October 1996 (as BS 5750). We have retained and improved our performance to the Standard ever since. Customer Satisfaction is at the centre of the Standard. As part of our process we continually conduct customer satisfaction surveys and rigorously audit every aspect of our service to ensure high standards are maintained.

Environment: Repairing cars and vans produces a lot of waste. Skip loads of damaged car panels; containers full of cardboard packaging; stacks of hard plastic such as bumpers. Some of the waste can be harmful to the environment. In the past much of this waste went to landfill. Not any more. Aylesbury Panelcraft engages the services of a specialist waste recycler. At present Aylesbury Panelcraft recycles 75% of the waste collected - and this will rise to 85% in the near future.
